To groom them and to reduce pain in the upper body and head though controversy regarding the therapeutic affects of magnets is still in existence in the world of medical science. A common dilemma, among those looking to buy is how to choose one fit for their purpose for therapy or looks, how to detect the quality of the craftsmanship, strength and quality of the magnets themselves. There are few ways to educate yourself with certain information so that you do not get duped in the issue of purchasing the, appealing style, right quality, correct strength and right priced magnetic jewelry.

Choosing the right type of necklace is important, especially if you are buying for pain relief purposes. You will also want to ensure that your necklace has the quality of longevity and in addition to it you will also like to have the right number of high-powered magnets if you are specially wearing it for therapy purposes. It all depends on you. You need to decide whether you would go for the flexibility of the lariat, or the look of the traditional style and once you have decided buying magnetic jewelry to match your style will no longer will be your problem.

Here are few tips that will help you at least to save you from purchasing fake magnetic jewelry:

* There are a few styles of magnetic necklaces, for instance Lariat necklaces or other higher quality necklaces that will sport accents such as hematite, freshwater pearls, or semi-precious stones in turquoise, cherry quartz, or agate. These necklaces are more expensive, and also usually have stronger, higher quality magnets. Even the better lariats will have as many as 48 high-powered magnets. Lariat necklaces are clasp free and are wrapped a full turn or less than a full turn around your neck using the magnets in them to stay fastened. They can also be worn around the wrist or ankle. Unlike the lariat, the other types of magnetic necklaces are more like traditional necklaces with a clasp that is usually magnetic. Both the lariats and the traditional shape magnetic necklaces with or without accent beads that can be magnetic hematite beads, or some type of non-magnetic bead.

* Secondly purchasing depends on the quality that further depends on the craftsmanship and the quality of the material used. Always remember that higher quality necklaces usually use higher quality accent beads, and more powerful magnets. Watch out for the craftsperson who creates custom-made designs in magnetic jewelry because they are likely to use higher powered magnets and materials.

* It depends on the buyer as to what type of looks they want to give themselves. Among the various types of magnetic jewelry you can opt for Cloisonne, ladybugs, and seasonal beads that are very popular nowadays.

Miraculous Effects of The Jewellery Therapy

However, there is another aspect of jewellery that is still a mystery for people of this IT age; it is the therapeutic aspect. Magnetic jewellery is the item that is made up of magnets and is worn as jewellery near any injured or affected area of the body. But the main purpose of wearing these items is to create a magnetic field around the area and heal the disease. Like any non-magnetic or general jewellery, the magnetic jewellery is also available in any form like necklaces, earrings, bracelets, anklets.

Magnetic therapy is a very old and proven method of healing many diseases like pain, blood pressure and heart diseases. If you are surprised how the magnets heal, it can be said that they do not really heal directly. Magnets act positively on the living tissues of the body. They help the body to produce its natural pain killer, enhance the process of blood circulation on the part of the body near which they are worn and add to the healing process.

Medical research also reveals that the iron components of our body become immediately responsive to the magnet. The benefits of magnetic therapy have led some creative designer to manufacture the magnetic jewellery that solves dual purpose of style and treatment. This kind of jewellery is the alternative therapy to pain and ache and hence, is becoming increasingly popular among the people from every walk of life.

Magnetic jewellery is the safe, drug-free and non-evasive method of treatment. The most beneficial aspect of wearing it is that you do not have to take medicines that include chemicals. The functional property of the jewellery is accepted far and wide and many people have got the benefit of using it. People who dislike oral medicines and needles or suffer from their side effects have readily accepted the magnetic therapy attached to the new kind of magnetic jewellery. It is just a process of regulating the flow of blood to the artery. The magnetic field penetrates into the skin and stimulates the affected area.

Magnetic therapy was earlier used for healing purpose in India, China, Greece and Egypt. But these days they have taken the shape of magnetic jewellery. Some people have been found complaining about not getting relief even after using the jewellery. The most probable reason behind this may be not choosing the right jewellery. The threat of using magnetic jewellery lies in using the badly chosen items or the wrong kind of magnet. Consult an expert before purchasing any magnetic jewellery.

Wrong magnetic jewellery or low quality magnetic jewellery will not serve the right purpose. The important thing that a person wearing this jewellery should remember is to wear it close to the pain area as far as possible. For noticeable result the magnetic jewellery should be worn for twenty four hours a day. Continuous use gives continuous benefit. Remember that the jewellery with the strongest and largest number of magnet is sure to give you an effective result.

Wide range of magnetic jewellery is available in the market. The type of jewellery that you should wear depends on the kind of pain or disease that you are suffering from. A bracelet is not going to heal your backache anyways. Likewise, there are different other types of magnet that are worn for different types of ailments. This apart, there are some precautions that need to be taken before using any magnetic jewellery.

Gold Jewelry as a Fashion Accessory

Friday, September 26, 2008

Gold and diamonds have always captured the fancy of man. Remember the Gold Rush? The metal has been known since ancient times and was the standard of money until recently. No jewelry is perhaps complete without some gold in it. Its yellow, mellow material is not actually that attention grabbing. Nor is it the most precious. Still, it is the king of metals.

Why is gold jewelry always so much in demand and always so alluring? The actual metal in its purity is never used as it is too soft and wears down easily. Some mixture of copper and other metals is used to blend with gold to be made into wearable items.

Heavy use of gold is common in some Asian countries where it is the staple of all jewelry. Gold plating of other metals is also a common practice, though the shine is lost quickly and needs to be recoated.

Diamonds, platinum, and other precious stones can be easily combined with gold to design exquisite jewelry items – rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, headgear, neck chains, accessories, studs, and other wearable items.

Every fashion conscious woman knows the importance of wearing the right jewelry to match the dress. It need not be fanciful, or exuberant. Just a thin necklace, a small ear stud, or a ring does the trick.

Designer jewelry customized to your occasion can bring you the added qualities of combining gold into your jewelry.

Magnetic Therapy is also readily accepted by those people who hate needles or have difficulty with oral medicines. This natural therapy is highly recommended for remedial purposes that involve applying pulsed or static Magnets to the body. Clinical Research explains that the iron content present within your blood becomes responsive to the magnetic field, and the amount of blood flow actually increases when high strength magnets are applied either directly above the site of injury or near a major artery. The penetration of the magnetic field through the skin and bones, right down to the cellular level enhances increased flow of blood that further enhances an increased supply of oxygen and nutrients to the damaged tissues thus improving the blood circulation disposing the toxins and increasing the healing capacity of the body. Magnetic Therapy is effective in reducing pain and in some cases eliminating pain, stimulating & improving circulation, reducing inflammation, enhancing & promoting the natural process of faster healing and relieving mild stress.

Magnetic Therapy was also popular for its healing purposes and was widely used earlier by the Chinese, Indians, Greeks and Egyptians since 2000 B.C. Even Cleopatra was said to have worn a magnet around her forehead so as to benefit from its’ anti-aging properties. Therefore Magnetic Therapy does not fall under the new inventions but the continuation of the past application.

Though Magnetic Therapy is generally considered pseudo scientific by the mainstream scientific community due to the lack of solid explanation but the belief that Magnetic Therapy has therapeutic effect has led to the popularization of magnetic-based products industry.

Magnetic Therapy for Health and Beauty Reasons

Tuesday, September 16, 2008

There are a variety of different reasons why this form of therapy is employed to provide benefits to different people, for example many people who make use of it for its healing properties, while other people use it for it's ability to help decrease the physical signs of aging. The reasons that it is used for are numerous and depend on the state of the person who is using them, but there is no doubt that they are found to be very useful by people. The exact benefits that will be acquired through the use of this form of therapy can differ from user to user and are dependant on the condition of the user's body.

There are wide ranges of different ways in which you can receive magnetic therapy. You could have a course of the therapy administered to you by a therapist or you can purchase products that can help you to administer this therapy yourself. The second method is far more popular for a number of reasons, including it being cheaper than the higher (and repeated) costs of sessions with a professional therapist. These products can also be used without disrupting your day or your lifestyle since some of them can be used while going about your daily tasks.

These products can come in many different shapes and forms and be suitable for a range of different problems depending on the area which they affect. These areas will depend on what the nature of the item is; whether it is a necklace, a wrist wrap or a magnetic mattress pad. Each of these items can provide benefits, for example the necklace can help to provide benefits to the face and neck area (including helping to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and other signs of aging) while the wrist wrap can help to reduce inflammation and swelling within the wrist and hand area. The mattress pad can help to provide general healing due to the fact that it contains magnets throughout itself, which can work all over the body since it is within range of your body at some point during a nights sleep.

Five Pack 1/2 Inch Neos Magnets. The main way in which these magnetic therapy products are designed to work is through the effect that a magnetic field can have on the body. The field is designed to be effective within its immediate vicinity, which is why the location of the product can determine the effects of the therapy. The main effect that the therapy can have on your body is to increase the flow of blood into its immediate area and can help to increase the rate of circulation there. This increase can have manifold benefits for the body and particularly that area. The increase can lead to a flushing out of toxins that are believed to be the cause of inflammation and swelling. This can also help to increase the general condition of your body and the general state of your health.

Magnets - What Exactly is Their Attraction?

Sunday, September 14, 2008

Magnetic stones and their healing qualities are well documented. There are many accounts in history books and texts referring to the application of magnets and what a positive effect they can have on many ailments.

People who suffer with extreme back pain, arthritis and many more complaints have turned to magnets looking for an answer to their problems that doesn’t involve taking large doses of drugs, and they claim to have found the answer in magnetic therapy.

Many people will gladly testify how the use of magnetic therapy and the wearing of magnetic jewelry has dramatically reduced and treated their complaints.
So how does it work and what exactly do they do? How does magnetism and the human body work?

To evaluate the effect magnets have on the human system, we firstly have to know a little about how the human body works without them. Every human body has a number of systems, each with a defined role in the function of the body as a whole. One of these systems is the lymphatic system, which provides lymphatic fluid that drains from the body’s tissues. This is a ‘flushing’ mechanism which gets rid of most toxins and infections absorbed or injected into the body. The lymphatic system is a slow moving system and toxins can tend to accumulate, therefore the circulation and movement of toxins is vitally important in how quickly the body will cleanse itself.
One hypothesis on how magnets work, is in relation to the affect they have on this lymphatic system. Magnetism is said to increase circulation and enable a greater distribution of energy, oxygen and food around the body. This in turn, can help to eliminate the toxins at an effective rate.

Magnetism can also be alleged to regulate the function of nerves, increase hormone levels, and renew the number of cells created.

Precisely how the magnetic fields of the stones and jewelry worn works remains a mystery, there are many hypotheses and the debate continues. But people who use magnetic jewelry as part of their healing process often feel that they have higher energy levels, as well as their particular aliment having been successfully addressed.

A Brief History of the Healing Magnetic Stone

Saturday, September 13, 2008

For someone new to magnetic therapy and jewelry, the subject can seem confusing, bewildering and even a little strange. Magnets and their healing qualities are a curious subject, and anyone who has searched for an alternative to drug prescribed medication will have wondered about the healing qualities of magnetic jewelry and just how effective they are.

Although the idea of magnetic jewelry as a therapy is being introduced to hundreds of people daily, the process of using magnets in a health related manner is rooted in history; a fact which surprises many people who assume they are a ‘new-age’ form of alternative therapy.

Magnetic treatment actually goes back as far back as 2,000 B.C. Magnets are mentioned in one of the earliest written medical texts: The Yellow Emperor’s Book of Internal Medicine, a book which is looked upon as a landmark in the history of Chinese civilization. Published in China, the book mentions the application of magnetic stones to correct health imbalances and discusses their healing properties.

The development of using magnets continued to grow around the world, and there are historic references made to them throughout history.
Cleopatra, the Ancient Queen of Egypt, was alleged to have worn a magnet on her forehead. This was for the benefit of enhancing her beauty and preserving her youthful complexion. Another reason that Cleopatra could have worn the stone was for the treatment of headaches, as magnets were a common remedy amongst ancient Egyptians who used them to treat gout amongst other ailments.

In India, it is suspected that the ancient Hindus believed that a dying person should lie with their head pointing north, so that the body was aligned to the natural magnetic field of the Earth to ease their departure from this life and relieve the pain.

Today magnets are gaining popularity and more widespread use after they fell out of favor following World War II with the development of biochemistry based medicine. In today’s climate, where information is just a connection and a click away, the access to knowledge has revived the magnets reputation. They are becoming once again an established form of treatment.
Magnets are recommended as therapeutic alternatives for numerous disorders and many people can lay claims to their positive effects. There still continues to be many debates surrounding magnets, but no one can deny their place in medical history or the thousands of people who can testify to their healing qualities.

Different Types of Magnets

Wednesday, September 10, 2008

Although it is now more widely accepted that magnets can have beneficial effects on the human body, it is important to point out that not all magnets are the same. There are a variety of different magnets on the market, for instance the fridge magnet you have in your kitchen is not the same as the one you buy for its healing properties!

To someone who is looking at using magnets in a medical situation, it’s important to know the difference. Basically, there are four different kinds of magnet.
Ferrite magnets are man made from hard wearing metal. These types of magnets are mainly used for industrial purposes, but they can sometimes be found in healing products. However, they are not always adequate and they do not conduct the healing magnetic field as well as other types of magnets. Ceramic magnets are man made from a clay base. These magnets are mainly used for domestic purposes, such as that fridge magnet in your kitchen. This type of magnet should not be used for healing purposes, so make sure you keep it on the fridge and use it only for pinning notes with!

Flexible magnets are made from a flexible metal and rubber mix and are generally used in industry but occasionally they can be found in some healing products. They do not have such a long life and are prone to more wear and tear than other kinds of magnets.

Neodymium magnets are made from metal found in the Earth’s core. These magnets are known as the ‘rare Earth magnets,’ and are the ones that are most widely used for their healing properties. They are said to have a life span of around ten years and are unusually high in strength.

When choosing a magnet to help with your particular ailment, remember the difference between the types of magnets available. With the rise in popularity of magnetic jewellery there are now many suppliers and not all are reputable. The type of magnet used in a piece of jewellery will often be reflected in the price, with the higher-end magnet costing more. Remember you are investing in a medical device which has the added benefit of being an attractive piece of jewellery; so look at what you are buying and make an informed decision based on that, not on the price.

The Energy of Magnets

Tuesday, September 9, 2008

The word magnet is derived from the ancient Greeks. It is thought to come from the words ‘Magnes lithos’ meaning, ‘stone from Magnesia;’ an area in Greece known for the volcanic rocks which are said to have magnetic attributes. Aristotle, the Greek philosopher, spoke about using magnets and their energy in a form of healing therapy. This ‘energy’ that the ancient Greeks identified is what affects us today, and if this energy is harnessed and used correctly, it can be very beneficial. Obviously it is better to work with the flow of energy rather than against it, but many people do, without knowing what they are doing wrong.

With so much going on in today’s climate, and the speed at which we live, it is no surprise that people forget the base instincts for a healthy life. To become aware of the natural environment, rather than the man-made one, is very revealing.
Everything in the universe is energy. We all absorb and radiate energy. In a busy day, most people assume energy is picked up from a cup of strong coffee or a snack with high sugar content, but this in fact is working against the rhythms of the human body. By becoming aware of the energy generated by the earth, and the energy that flows inside, through and around us, we not only connect to a deeper level within ourselves, but also with our environment.

One way to harness this energy, and use it to treat ailments, is by using the properties in magnets. Magnets, used for centuries in the medical arena, are now beginning to become ever more popular. As people turn away from traditional medicine which can often be prescribed in large doses of drugs and look for an alternative, magnets are one of the oldest forms of therapies used.

The earth has a natural magnetic field, and so too does every human body. By applying a magnetic device near or on the body we work with this energy and can reap the benefits. Many people can testify how magnets have helped them, and with the magnet said to being able to treat over two hundred different aliments, it is no surprise.

The exact reason as to why magnets work and why they have such an astounding affect to so many people remains a mystery. However the energy that they produce can be measured and some people say that the electrical current created can interrupt the transmission of pain signals. Generally, many people who wear magnets can identify an increase in their own energy levels and will feel less tiered and lethargic. In any case, a magnet worn as an item of jewellery is a much more natural way to work with energy balances rather than high doses of drugs or caffeine.

TMS Therapy in Trial Phase

Monday, September 8, 2008

Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), originally developed as a technique for use in research on the brain, is now being tested as a potential treatment in cases of severe depression.

TMS uses powerful charges of magnetic energy to effect electrical activity in the brain. Much in the way you would use a dimmer to adjust the intensity of a lamp, researchers can use TMS to selectively turn on and off particular regions of the brain in order to observe the effects on the subject’s cognitive abilities.

Since 1985, researchers have used TMS to assist their work in understanding the functions of the various parts of the brain. However, the technique is now under study for its potential use as a non-invasive treatment for severe depression and other neurological disorders. This treatment, known more specifically as repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), directs short pulses of magnetic energy at areas of the brain believed to control mood. rTMS is currently in trial phase to determine the anti-depressant effects of the treatment, as well as the safety of its use.

At the head of current rTMS clinical research is Neuronetics, Inc., a U.S.-based corporation dedicated to the development of non-invasive treatments of neurological disorders. Neuronetics, Inc. is now conducting clinical trials in 12 U.S. states to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of rTMS as a treatment of severe depression.

Preliminary findings on rTMS therapy remain largely inconclusive, and a consensus throughout the medical community has not yet been reached as to the effectiveness of the treatment. A 2001 review by the Cochrane Collaboration, an international not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing up-to-date and accurate information on developments in healthcare, concluded, “there is no strong evidence for benefit from using transcranial magnetic stimulation to treat depression, although the small sample sizes [used in the study] do not exclude the possibility of benefit.” (Full text available here.) Meanwhile, the BioMag laboratory at Helsinki University Central Hospital in Finland reports positive findings on rTMS treatments for depression. See their website for more information.

The side effects of rTMS are still under investigation; however, the therapy is not believed to be dangerous, as the magnetic fields used in the treatment do not reach parts of the brain responsible for critical life functions. One interesting claim is that TMS is capable of inducing savant-like mental abilities in subjects; for more information, see here.

So what does it all mean for magnet therapy in general?

Because the magnets used in rTMS are extremely powerful ones, the efficacy of rTMS therapy does not necessarily imply therapeutic properties of less powerful magnets. However, should rTMS treatment prove successful, this may lead to increased credibility of alternative medicine, and perhaps spark interest in further research in the broader scope of magnet therapy.

“Neuronetics, Inc. is the world’s leader in advancing therapeutic applications of high field pulsed magnetics for disorders of the central nervous system.” For more information on Neuronetics, Inc. and its clinical trials of rTMS therapy, visit www.neuronetics.com.

Magnet Therapy for Pain Relief

Sunday, September 7, 2008

Personal testimonials as to the positive effects of magnet therapy are plenty, attesting to the general satisfaction of its practitioners. Those opposed to magnet therapy often argue that positive results are merely a product of the placebo effect – but to that we say, who cares? If the purpose of a therapy is to relieve the sensation of pain, and the therapy achieves that purpose successfully, then the therapy – placebo or not – is an effective one.

The goal of this article is not to argue the effectiveness of magnet therapy, for that is another matter in itself. Rather, we would like to provide you with an overview of some of the more common uses of magnet therapy, focusing on the use of magnets as a supplementary treatment for pain.

Do note: when we say supplementary, we mean just that. Magnet therapy should not be viewed as a substitute for regular visits to the doctor, recommended surgeries or medications, etc. It is generally in conjunction with conventional treatments that magnet therapy can be at its most effective.

Modern magnet therapy products come in all shapes and sizes, and are made of a variety of materials. Magnetic jewelry is an especially popular accessory, as it affords the wearer a fashionable and discreet means of using magnet therapy. Other magnet therapy products include back and joint supports and magnetic bandages, which are designed to offer more concentrated treatments for pain and discomfort in specific parts of the body; magnetic insoles for shoes; magnetic seat and mattress pads; and a wide variety of other products out there on the market.

Magnet therapy in its various forms has been claimed to produce positive pain relieving effects in the treatment of a great number of conditions, including back and neck pain, arthritis, muscle soreness, carpal tunnel syndrome – and the list goes on and on. NY Times best selling author Gary Null’s Healing with Magnets (1998) contains an extensive review of the various uses of magnet therapy for pain relief and other positive health benefits.

Some people are so firmly convinced by the effectiveness of magnet therapy that they choose it as an alternative to over-the-counter painkillers. One of the advantages of using magnet therapy as an alternative to painkillers is that there appear to be no inherent risks associated with magnet therapy other than the possibility of it being ineffective. Meanwhile, painkillers sometimes have side effects that can result in serious health problems for users. The effectiveness of painkillers is also debatable, as over-the-counter medications are limited in their effectiveness to begin with. Furthermore, users can build up tolerances to drugs they take frequently, rendering them even less effective for pain relief.

To conclude, we state again that magnet therapy is not a proven avenue of medical treatment, but that for many people it does act as an effective supplementary treatment for pain and discomfort. The best way to test it is to try it out for yourself. Magnet therapy products tend to be relatively inexpensive – so get yourself a bracelet and see what you think. If it isn’t doing anything for you, then at least you’ve got a nice new addition to your jewelry collection!

Magnetherapy - The History & Scientology

Wednesday, September 3, 2008

The use of magnets (magnet therapy) for pain relief can be traced back more than 3000years. The ancient Greeks discovered natural magnetic forces in lodestone, and throughout history the Chinese and ancient Egyptians have documented the powers they discovered by using magnets as an aid to healing. It is well-known that Cleopatra adorned herself with magnetic jewelry to preserve her health and youthfulness.

In recent years, the western world has come to accept that magnets do have a part to play in alternative therapy, with many outstanding claims being made covering a variety of ailments and injuries.

Scientists tell us that the earth’s surface has a natural electromagnetic field, which has a positive effect on our general well-being. We too, as humans have our own electromagnetic energy, which to some degree is responsible for boosting our immune system.

There is a growing body of literature on the therapeutic properties of magnetism, mainly from Eastern Europe, but in recent years there has been much from the US. Many of these reports are with regard to the analgesic benefits of magnetism, but also included are descriptions of beneficial effects in Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis.

It is a misconception that magnets only affect iron. Ferromagnetism is only one form of magnetic function. Other known forms include diamagnetism, where a magnetic force induces a current of opposing magnetic force in a molecule. Magnetic resonance imaging is a prime example of this.

While magnets by themselves do not heal, it is the supposition of many specialists, that they create fields that can penetrate damaged tissue and help increase blood flow throughout the body. When blood passes through the magnetic field it stimulates the flow and increases the oxygen level. This activity generates the production of white blood cells, which are essential in reducing swelling at the site of a trauma.

The combination of oxygen rich blood cells and increased white cells help to efficiently remove pain-inducing toxins from the site of an injury. This helps speed up recovery time and effectively the healing process. Magnets are now increasingly used to help ease the symptoms of aches, pains and stiffness, which are mainly due to a pH imbalance, caused by the build up of lactic acid in the body. Anyone regularly involved in active sports will testify to experiencing these symptoms at some stage.

Although there isn’t any real concrete scientific evidence in support of magnetic therapy, many doctors, physiotherapists and alternative medical practitioners highly recommend their use for treating an array of illnesses, diseases and injuries. That fact in itself could be considered recommendation for at least trying them. Warning! People fitted with a pacemaker should not use magnotherapy. For children and pregnant women, it’s advised to first consult their doctor.

Quality Magnetic Jewelry

Tuesday, September 2, 2008

Each piece of magnetic jewelry we provide contains powerful magnets to provide you with premium magnetic therapy. This is without costing you the same bank-breaking costs of sessions with a therapist or pain relieving drugs, which can also be harmful to your health. It allows you to continue your normal life while receiving this extremely beneficial magnetic therapy because our magnetic jewelry is mobile. Magnetic therapy (also known as biomagnetics) is the use of magnetic fields to treat various emotional and physical problems.

Painful areas are almost always linked with a lack of oxygen and poor circulation in the affected area. The products we provide contain only unidirectional magnets, which produce fields that flow only from north to south in order to provide your body with maximum therapeutic benefits. This is because unidirectional magnets are especially effective in increasing the oxygen levels and increasing the circulation in the area which is in the area of the magnetic field.

Each piece of magnetic jewelry is manufactured to provide you with the best quality jewelry and the most appropriate magnetic gauss at the best prices, so that the highest quality products are available to everyone. We provide cheaper, better quality magnetic jewelry than our competitors in comparable quality categories. The magnets in the jewelry are of high quality and will last for lifetime. They never need any recharging or maintenance.

Each particular type of magnetic jewelry is effective in specific areas as well as improving general feelings of wellbeing, improving blood circulation, helping raise the oxygen levels in blood through improving circulation and providing pain relief. Necklaces can be effective in giving pain relief for arthritis of the neck, spondylosis, frozen shoulder and cervical. Bracelets and rings can give pain relief for arthritis of the hands and wrists and carpal tunnels syndrome.
